This is a simple render I did for a class that I took this spring 2013. My first experience using 3D modeling and rendering was enjoyable enough. This is a chess knight I designed. It is a 3 part + USB assembly. There were several groups with many different designs (none particularly outstanding except for mine :) ). My design had a simple twisting mechanism to hold the cover (base) onto the rest of the assembly. I have a 3D printed version sitting on my desk which is really quite fantastic.
Sym-Bionic Titan: Escape from Galaluna
Episode 16 is one of my favorite episodes because it has one of the best animated television fight scenes ever.
Sym-Bionic Titan will be fondly remembered like Samurai Jack where the heroes of the story never succeed because CN doesn’t like having good programming for extended periods of time.
Unfortunately, CN does like the Dexter’s Lab knockoff, Johnny Test, because it will reach episode 100 before any other CN original program.

I don’t get a chance to draw very often so I fear my art is rather stunted. I hope by the time I retire that I’ll catch up to the fairly talented art student of today. At least, I expect to have an engineer’s retirement.
I’ve been focusing on form and line for far longer than I thought I would but I do see improvements in my sketches that only I can probably notice. I really need to take a life drawing class or something.
Thanks to my few followers that hang out despite how rarely I post stuff but at least you know I’m still alive.
I captioned earliest and latest as the images aren’t in order.
I have a little 4x6in sketchbook and am going to try to improve my inkwork.
Due to the sooper awesome response to the free KND sketchcard promotion at the mighty printlab… we’re extending the offer until January 16, 2013!
Check it out over HERE!
haven’t checked my mail in a few days. Thanks again Mr. Warburton. As far as I can tell, you’re the least evil adult ever.
Thanks, Anon. I appreciate it.
